In my previous article about extensions for customizing Firefox tabs, I missed a very important addon which I’m sure everyone is going to like.

FoxTab is a Firefox addon that brings innovative and attractive 3D tab management to Firefox. It takes your Firefox experience to the next level with its five eye-candy layouts.

One of the best I liked was the Aero-style tab switching. This feature lets you go through opened Firefox tabs just like you switch windows in Windows Vista with the Windows Key + Tab combination.

FoxTab enables grouping, filtering, closing and switching between tabs much more quicker and easier. And most of all, it has lots of configurations options so you can tweek and adjust it according to your needs.

It currenlty supports Firefox running on Windows XP, Vista, Mac OS X Leopard and Ubuntu 8.04.

Last month, I wrote about the best 10 Firefox addons for tabs in which I shared the best addons that can increase and improve productivity using Firefox tabs.

I also mentioned about a plugin called Tab Scope. This Firefox entension can show a popup on tabs and enables you to preview and navigate tab contents through that popup.

Basically it shows a preview of what is opened in a tab. It’s major features that I would like to quote here are:

• Real-time preview of tab contents
• Navigate (Back/Forward/Reload/Stop) through popup
• Scroll pages or frames in preview with mouse wheel
• Click links or buttons directly in preview

This is a similar feature that you can also find in Opera, and if you like that then you will definitely like Tab Scope and would want to give it a try!
